Many parents are obviously dissatisfied with NYC schools. I have been contacted by a large number of parents interested in joining homeschooling pods/co-ops for the 2021-22 year. I have also been in touch with a group has a wonderful network of teachers and tutors and would like to help parents join these pods/co-ops. Following is some information from them. If you are worried about what your children are being taught at school, but feel like you have no other options, we can help! We are setting up homeschool co-ops with professional teachers for in person instruction for the 2021-22 school year. Curriculum is set by the parents in conjunction with the teachers. Kids will have ample socialization opportunities. Please fill out the contact form and let us know your child’s grade and which neighborhood area you live in, and feel free to add your child’s interests in the comment section. We will do our best to match you with other like-minded families and provide you with all of the necessary resources to successfully homeschool your children. There will also be a zoom information session with consultants and other parents who have pulled their kids from “woke” private schools and transitioned to homeschooling.
